We renting a one bedroom at the Sheraton Vistana Resort. This is a floating week so we can check availability for any remaining week in 2023. This rental is for a one bedroom studio. The studio sleeps 4 and includes a kitchenette. Happy to request a specific resort location and to combine with a second week if needed. This is a great value option to enjoy a wonderful resort close to Disney World for less than $150/night taxes included. Plan your spring/summer vacation now! We have been enjoying Atlantis since our kids were little (they're grown now!) ITS THE PERFECT family vacation. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EXCEPTIONALLY LOW AIRFARES NOW. The toilet and shower are in one closed area, sink is in a separate area, another sink and whirlpool bathtub is in another large, separate area. The living room has a pull out sofa. Maui is such a beautiful and relaxing place to visit with your closest friends and family. The dining and shopping and the beauty of the island are breath taking with Westin’s free shuttle service to Old Lahaina Town and Whalers Village and a great reef right off of the beach for snorkeling (book your Old Lahaina Luau early with the fresh flower lei greeting, 1-808-214-1013). Once funds are received and deposited & contract signed to protect both parties, you will receive the Westin reservation number, it will be changed into your name and you will be given their front desk contact phone number. I will email you a copy of the reservation changed to your name. A couple of tips, even though they provide an unfamiliar brand of laundry detergent, I bring my favorite brand in my checked luggage in a zip lock and they also don’t have salt and pepper shakers in the units. Load up on all of your supplies at Wal Mart just a few miles outside of the air port or at the Safeway in Old Lahaina (better selection of cheeses). I plugged the LAN line into my laptop and was able to stream real time stock quotes all week seamlessly. 95% of the parking spaces in Maui are at best compact width, so circle every door ding and scratch carefully on the car rental form before driving off and keep your copy. You can fill back up at the Wal Mart which is only a few miles from the airport. You will not be able to take loose fruit like a banana thru their Agricultural check point when departing at the airport. The studio is ~ 480 square feet and the suite is ~ 750 square feet for a total of 1,230 sq. feet plus the 2 lanais (additional 163 sq. feet of outdoor space w/ tables and chairs). Surprisingly, one of my wife's favorite conveniences is the washer and dryer because we don't have to pack as many clothes and if our bathing suit or favorite pair of shorts gets dirty, just throw it in the washer and it is fresh and clean ready for the next outing. We usually keep wine, drinks, cheese and assorted local fruits in the fridge and have a late night snack with a glass of wine out on the Lanai each evening and a cup of coffee sitting out on the Lanai greeting each new day. The Westin has three properties right next to each other, the older South resort (nice water slide and the second best pool side bar/drinks), the North resort (where mine is located) has the best drinks and great fish tacos for HAPPY HOUR each afternoon and the Nanea is a little further walk down the boardwalk to the right. You have 4 different swimming pools to choose from at this Westin family of resorts. They also have 2 tennis/basketball courts, a small on site market, free onsite parking and a workout facility. At sunset, they also have the tiki torch lighting ceremony. There is so much to see and do in Maui, but relaxing and taking in that view in the evening is also what it is all about! The Westin has three properties right next to each other, the older South resort (nice water slide and the second best pool side bar/drinks), the North resort (where mine is located) has the best drinks and great fish tacos for HAPPY HOUR each afternoon and the Nanea is a little further walk down the boardwalk to the right. You have 4 different swimming pools to choose from at this Westin family of resorts. They also have 2 tennis/basketball courts, a small on site market, free onsite parking and a workout facility. At sunset, they also have the tiki torch lighting ceremony. There is so much to see and do in Maui, but relaxing and taking in that view in the evening is also what it is all about! The premium (large) 1BR villa sleeps 4 and has a fully large equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, two flat screen HD TV's, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas grill. 2 units can be connected for a family and 1br units start at less than 200 a night 1388 for the week around half of what hotel charges and no taxe either. The rooms are very similiar in size and floorplans can be checked out on Marriott.com or vistana.com Sheraton Mountain Vista has free covered parking, ski lockers, free wireless Internet, heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs overlooking the mountains, sauna, steam room, exercise room, large kid's game and activity room, and supervised activities for the kids. The free Avon bus that goes to the Riverfront gondola and to Beaver Creek Village stops right at the resort front door for free as is the avon bus system. Myself i just walk to gondola as it is only around 1200 feet a 5 min walk. The great thing about staying here is all of the great stores and restaurants of Avon are walking distance and that they are about half the price of the beaver creek village.
