Waterside Resort  WTE 

One of North Carolina’s oldest towns, 300-year old Edenton contains a trove of architectural treasures constructed in the 18th and 19th centuries. Thanks to the Edenton Historical Commission, formed in the 1960’s, many of these historical buildings have been restored and are open for daily tours through the visitor’s center. One building included in the tour is the 1767 Chowan County Courthouse; the oldest courthouse in American and a National Historic Landmark.



Waterside Resort will be opened to owners and guests in Mid-2017. This luxury resort is located on the scenic Albemarle Sound in a private community that will be completed in phases offering accommodations for many vacation styles. Guests will be able to stay in deluxe two and three bedroom condominium-style residences, Coastal Carolina cottages, or at a luxury RV park while vacationing at Waterside Resort
