Massanutten Resort® offers many unique amenities including the Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark, Ski and Adventure Park area, two fantastic golf courses, farm-to-table dining experiences, shopping and recreation options, along with a day spa for complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Massanutten is easily accessible from many major cities.
The Summit are townhomes that can accommodate up to 12 people with four-bedrooms, or can be locked off as two separate spaces with two-bedrooms each. Below lists what each side contains so you can make a good decision about what would best fit your needs.

• (Upper Unit) Has a full kitchen
• (Lower Unit) Has a Partial kitchen with an outside Gas grill instead of an oven

Enjoy 7 Nights at the Historic Powhatan Resort in Williamsburg, VA. This spacious ground-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite sleeps 6 and has a patio and sunroom, features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The primary bathroom includes an oversized walk-in shower. The secondary bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, a television and DVD player, a fireplace, and a dining table. You will the sunroom and private patio area off the living room.
The Kitchen is equipped with Blender, Coffee Maker, Cooking Utensils, Pots & Pans, Dishes, Dishwasher, Dishwasher Detergent, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Silverware, Stove, Toaster. Complimentary coffee service supplies are available.

The resort is a comfortable distance from Colonial Williamsburg, the Jamestown settlement, the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and William & Mary College, and perfect for families and couples alike. There are tons of restaurants for your enjoyment and a grocery store about 5 minutes away. If you like to golf, there 16 nearby courses. It is near James City County's Jamestown Beach Park, and only 60 miles from Virginia Beach if you want a bigger beach experience.

The resort has a Restaurant/Bar on the property as well as a Coffee House and features lots of family activities including 18-Hole Mini-Golf, Activity Center, Basketball Court, Business Center, Fishing (catch and release, bring your own fishing gear), Fitness Center, Gardens and Historic Sites, Horseshoe Pit, Indoor Pool and Hot Tubs, Manor House (self-guided tours), Pickleball Court, Racquetball Court, Seasonal Outdoor Pool and Hot Tubs, Tennis Courts, Two Playgrounds, Volleyball Court. As a special feature, the Manor House which is listed on the national and state registries of historic properties (circa 1735), is open for a self-guided tour. There are plenty of paths for walking and biking.

Other amenities include Electric Car Charging Points (Complimentary), Gas and Charcoal Grills. Housekeeping is available mid-stay if you should so desire. Other needs can be addressed via Guest Services. Security staff are on call 24/7 for your peace of mind.

Tucked within the Shenandoah Valley, Mountainside Villas offers outdoor activities to suit your every vacation whim. During ski season, which runs from mid- December to mid-March, skiers will be thrilled with the ski area's 1,195-foot vertical drop.The recreation complexes offer both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, racquetball, fitness equipment, and saunas. Fishing ponds, volleyball, and an playground area are on site. The two-story townhouse design offers spacious units which have been recently refurbished. This mountain destination really puts you in touch with nature. Resort fee will be paid by owner.

This is for 4BR, 4BA lockoff, Week 3. Your week can start on Saturday or Sunday.

Enjoy a memorable family vacation in this 2 bedroom luxurious house. The full house has two 2 bedroom units. This is for one two bedroom unit Each spacious unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully equipped updated kitchen complete with granite countertops.and undercounter lighting. The unit has an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling and good lighting. Each unit has its own washer and dryer, a deck with outdoor table and chairs ,a barbecue and a garage.
The Regal Vistas section has its own swimming pool and hot tub for use by this section of the resort. This section has a keyed entrance and is only available to those renting in this section. Activities available at the resort include mini golf, go karting, pool table, racquet ball, ping pong and more. The resort has an indoor and outdoor waterpark which requires a fee to use but it is amazing.
