The resort is located on Ka'anapali beach, north of fire-ravaged Lahaina. We were there Christmas 2023, and the resort area is totally undamaged, but Lahaina was sad. However it is slowly recovering.
The unit is over 800 s.f. in area with full kitchen, balcony and washer and dryer in-suite. Sleeps 4.
Asking $2800 which includes sales taxes and fees and parking for one vehicle, but not the Hawaii transient occupancy tax which is paid directly to the resort.

Sands of Kahana is a great family resort and romantic couple's getaway. These condominiums are fully furnished and many are used as full year homes. The front desk area includes an activities section for ease in booking all sorts of excursions. We enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar. There are ample chaise lounges for hanging out around the pool, reading in the shade or catching a sunset over Lanai. The resort features pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, freshwater pool, children's pool and hot tub. The poolside rental shack rents paddle boards, ocean kayaks and snorkel gear. The front desk loans pickleball equipment.

The town of Kahana consists of an assortment of shops and restaurants (including McDonalds); a dive shop that sells and rents equipment and offers a variety of beach wear; a bank; gas station and convenience store. Kahana is conveniently located between Kaanapoli and Lahaina to the south and Kapalua to the north.

Many days we choose to hang out at the resort, enjoy the beach and eat in - which saves a lot of time and money. The condo has a full kitchen and the resort has 4 pairs of outdoor gas grills. We have always found the eating utensils to be quite adequate. The condo is fully outfitted with linens, toiletries and paper products as well as a washer and dryer. Mid-week towel and linen service is included. It is a very family-friendly resort. Our children and, now, grandchildren have spent many school holiday weeks there, enjoying the beach and various pools. There are no roads between the condos and the beach. Many of the listings are by condo owners. Ours is part of the Vacation Club, which provides several advantages. We get great service from the front desk and have access to the Vacation Club?s common area. On check-out day we stow our luggage there and head for the beach. Later, we shower, change clothes, have a leisurely dinner and drive to the airport for our overnight flight home. We fully enjoy our last day in paradise!

Studio with a sofabed and queen sized bed with a 2 burner cooktop. A microwave and full sized fridge. It's all in one room with a seats 4 dining set. A small lanai with a couple of chairs and small end table. Nice bathroom. Central A/C. Resort has a pool, hot tub, bbqs and picnic area. Very nice sundeck with lounges. Free parking. 2 fast elevators. There's a good restaurant next door and ones across the street with a small convenience store. There's a small shopping center about 2 blocks up the street with a Maui brewing company restaurant, a MacDonald s, a coffee place and Shell gas station and ABC type store Supermarket, ABC store and multiple restaurants and eateries are a mile away. Kaanapali is about a 5-10 minute drive for ocean excursions and more restaurants and stores. I have April 12-19 Saturday to Saturday reserved. If you are interested and want a different week I can find out availability. I haven't been to the resort since they remodeled (last year or the year before) but I hear it is a nice remodel. Sands of Kahana is a great family resort or romantic couple's getaway. These condominiums are fully furnished and many are used as full year homes. The front desk area includes an activities section for ease in booking all sorts of excursions. We enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar. There are ample chaise lounges for hanging out around the pool, reading in the shade or catching a sunset over Lanai. The resort features pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, freshwater pool, children's pool and hot tub. The poolside rental shack rents paddle boards, ocean kayaks and snorkel gear. The front desk loans pickleball equipment.

The town of Kahana consists of an assortment of shops and restaurants (including McDonalds); a dive shop that sells and rents equipment and offers a variety of beach wear; a bank; gas station and convenience store. Kahana is conveniently located between Kaanapoli and Lahaina to the south and Kapalua to the north.

Many days we choose to hang out at the resort, enjoy the beach and eat in - which saves a lot of time and money. The condo has a full kitchen and the resort has 4 pairs of outdoor gas grills. We have always found the eating utensils to be quite adequate. The condo is fully outfitted with linens, toiletries and paper products as well as a washer and dryer. Mid-week towel and linen service is included. It is a very family-friendly resort. Our children and, now, grandchildren have spent many school holiday weeks there, enjoying the beach and various pools. There are no roads between the condos and the beach. Many of the listings are by condo owners. Ours is part of the Vacation Club, which provides several advantages. We get great service from the front desk and have access to the Vacation Club's common area. On check-out day we stow our luggage there and head for the beach. Later, we shower, change clothes, have a leisurely dinner and drive to the airport for our overnight flight home. We fully enjoy our last day in paradise!

Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

All rentals are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended at the time of booking to protect your vacation investment. Please do not reserve your airfare until you have communicated with us and have an executed rental agreement.

So a total of 11 nights
.First four are at North, One Bedroom Premium Ocean View 750 sq feet. (goes for 450 a night) =1800
The next 7 nights are at WKOR (South, Original) in a Studio Ocean View Deluxe ( goes for 350 a night) = 2450

So for the eleven nights in Maui at Westin Kaanapali (both the South and North resorts) would be approx $4250

I am a long time owner. I will be spending 5 weeks next summer at both places from June 23 to July 27.

Please ask questions if you are unsure of what I am renting. The units are guaranteed the view indicated, however, all units are assigned at check in, I have no control over that.
There will be a daily resort occupancy tax fee charged to your account -about $9 dollars a day. Self parking is free for Owner and guests of Owner. If you Valet, there are charges.

So this is a nice stay, better than a short 7 day. Again, flying in on a Monday is probably cheaper. You will have to leave North after the 4 nights and then check into South for the 7 day stay. Both resorts check in s are at 4 pm and check out at 10am.

This beautiful 1 bedroom ocean view villa rental during the last week of June will give you that perfect break with sun and surf. This resort features a water slide, swimming pools, hot tubs, and first class workout facilities. The villa is a large unit with spacious kitchen, in-unit laundry, and an oversized bathroom. Sleeping is on a king size Westin Heavenly bed and a queen sofa bed. Cots are also available and are the Simmons Beautyrest mattresses delivered on platforms, so they are comfortable.
