Aloha and welcome to The Imperial Hawaii Resort! Located less than 100 yards from the renowned Waikiki Beach, the Imperial is in the middle of the renewed Waikiki Beach Walk and Oahu’s dining, shopping and entertainment epicenter.
Located in the heart of Waikiki. It's just a two minute walk from the world’s most famous beach, and near to all of the wonderful sightseeing, dining and shopping the neighborhood has to offer.

The Hala unit is a two bedroom, two bath suite with full kitchen. Queen bed and lanai in master bedroom, double or single bed in second bedroom plus a queen sofa bed in living room and lanai. Approximately 700 sq. ft.

IMPERIAL COCKTAIL RECEPTION
On the last Thursday of each month in the Owners’ Lounge, we host a cocktail reception for all guests. It’s a free event, and features a new cocktail every month.

Members of the Imperial Hawai?i Vacation Club have access to the Owners' Lounge on the 26th floor. It's a great spot to have a bite and watch the sunset or Friday-night fireworks.

The licensed massage therapists at Aloha Therapy offer lomilomi, lymph, Swedish deep tissue, and shiatsu massages. Aesthetician services include facials and eyelash extensions.

There is a Denny's restaurant and Salon on the property. Imperial guests are eligible for special discounts.

The fitness center is open daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. And the sauna is just down the hall and stays open until midnight.

Come and feel Hawai?i's famous trade-winds twenty-seven floors up at our rooftop pool. It's a great way to cool off on a hot day. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

ABC Stores chain has been a familiar name in Hawai?i since 1949. Our very own location is on the ground floor of the Imperial, facing Lewers Street.

Elite Concierge is the Tours and Activities Desk that is located in the lobby of The Imperial. They are open every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This timeshare condo is in an absolutely fabulous location. Within walking distance to most everything... Kapiolani park, zoo, Waikiki beach, shopping, International Marketplace, Leonard's, Safeway, and the bus system. Great value. Not a 5 *, but not a 2*... more like a 3.5* or maybe 4*... but a 5* value! Do the comparison and you will see!

This is a 1 bedroom, air-conditioned condo that also hosts a Murphy bed. Full kitchen with full size fridge, full sized stove with an oven, and a great outdoor BBQ area... helps control costs if that is important. Sleeps 4. Sip coffee in the mornings or drinks in the evening from your own private lanai/balcony. Views vary depending upon unit location in one of the two twin 37-38 story buildings and are assigned at registration. This rental is part of the Hawaiian Sun Holidays at the Waikiki Banyan. Facilities include possibly the largest recreation deck in Waikiki which is now under renovation. Pools and hot tubs are still in use. Besides all that, you also get FREE Parking and Free Wifi! Coin laundry on each floor, so no need to over-pack!

Currently we only are taking bookings for 2 0 2 5. We have popular summer weeks prebooked in 2025. Check-in day is Saturday.. bookings may be changeable, subject to availability. The sooner they are booked, the better the chances of not being disappointed.

This is a great rental option, with great amenities. No resort fees, No cleaning fees, No surprise fees, NO Wifi Fees, NO Management Fees, NO Parking Fees,..only a small timeshare tax of about $5/day. We look forward to your inquiry.
