1) Contact me to confirm the details of your needs, including your desired villa name, room type, check-in/out dates, number of guests, name at check-in, and special needs first.

2) I will make a reservation under my name if available.

3) Please make a purchase once you get my confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, I will put the reservation under your name and email you the updated reservation. Soon Vistana should email you the reservation with your name directly. Then you may contact Vistana for additional requests as needed.

4) If payment not received within the graceful period*, I'll have to cancel the reservation.

5) Free cancellation may be accepted within the graceful period*. After that, a partial refund may be issued. In case if anything unexpected affects your reservation, I'll give a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Full two bedroom villa in northern Phoenix area. Perfect week to enjoy a sunny vacation, a wonderful pool, golf, resort activities for all age-groups, and access to MLB Spring Training baseball.

This villa has a living room, dining table w/chairs for 8, and fully equipped kitchen. Private balcony, pull-out sofa in the living room, and washer/dryer in the unit.
