1) Contact me to confirm the details of your needs, including your desired villa name, room type, check-in/out dates, number of guests, name at check-in, and special needs first.

2) I will make a reservation under my name if available.

3) Please make a purchase once you get my confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, I will put the reservation under your name and email you the updated reservation. Soon Vistana should email you the reservation with your name directly. Then you may contact Vistana for additional requests as needed.

4) If payment not received within the graceful period*, I'll have to cancel the reservation.

5) Free cancellation may be accepted within the graceful period*. After that, a partial refund may be issued. In case if anything unexpected affects your reservation, I'll give a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

We won't be using the studio side of our unit this year. We're renting the studio from 11/30/2024 to 12/7/2024 for $500. The studio has a king bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom, full-size refrigerator, hot plate, dishes, etc. We will be there, using the one-bedroom side. The one bedroom is two floors with a loft; bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed, attached (jacuzzi) bath and a balcony. The upstairs loft has a sofa bed and there is a second sofa bed is downstairs. The connected studio has a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Downstairs has a fireplace, large kitchen, powder room and patio. The studio has a patio on the courtyard side. Four pools (one indoor) and three jacuzzis are available, plus a game room and workout room. The resort is located in town in walking distance to stores and restaurants (Starbucks next door), but is in a quiet location. Perfect for a family vacation!
