NAME YOUR TIME PERIOD! GREAT LOCATION at $135.00 a night! I'm a 2-week owner. Centrally located on the strip with elevators directly into the Cosmopolitan parking & casino. Across the street is Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile Mall. We're right next to the Italian themed Bellagio with Paris, Bally, Linq & Caesar's resorts an easy 5–10-minute walk. Free covered parking and pool use (w/ reservations) at the Cosmo. The Jockey Club offers free shuttles to downtown Freemont St., select shopping outlets and grocery stores. At the resort is a heated pool, work out room, whirlpool, sauna and gas BBQs are all included with your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room w/ a queen sleeper and two 40" TV's makes your stay feel more like a residence than a hotel.
I also have a 3-day weekend at $150 a night and a 3-day mid-week at $135 a night subject to availability.

The Marriott Grand Chateau timeshare sits directly on the largest and tightest curve of the Formula 1 race track in Las Vegas. That curve is the Las Vegas Strip onto Harmon Ave. the view should be fantastic from the top of the Chateau where there is also a bar and Swimming pool. Well,I have a 2Bd. Rm. Villa in the Chateau which is for rent the entire week.This villa sleeps 8 and has 3 sections and 2 entry doors. The master suite has a soaking tub and shower, a king bed and 2 sinks. The middle “living” section has a living room w/ a pull out couch, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen,pots,pans, cooking utensils, an 8 piece set of dishes,a full set of glassware and silverware.The third section may be a studio unit, which has a king bed and a pull out couch, with a full bath . Two full baths, including a sofa bed in the living room. This unit sleeps six. Take a ski vacation with the heavenly ski lift stage coach right next to the resort. There are so many amenities included at this resort. Not only is it a beautiful destination but there is so much to do at the resort you never have to leave! But you want to see the beautiful lake Tahoe area. We loved our stay at this resort in the past. The floor to ceiling windows are dramatic! Modern, clean design throughout. Tesla chargers in the parking lot… The location is terrific as there are food and shopping bargains to be had in the Miracle Mile. Love to walk through the Flamingo habitat at the Flamingo, and have happy hour at the Yard House. We are never bored in Vegas.
