Alert: Sleeps 4, although may be more comfortable with 2 persons as access to the bathroom is via the master bedroom. Kitchenette only, no oven. 2 story buildings, no elevators. No pool, hot-tub or fitness facility (available off-site for a fee). Tight parking spaces in a gravel lot; no RV or trailer parking.

Available Services: Laundry facilities in lounge area. Wi-Fi / Internet for a fee. Concierge services. Movie rentals. Transient Occupancy Tax included (already paid).

*You must be over the age of 21 to check in.
*A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
*A $100 non-refundable deposit will be collected via PayPal or Zelle to put the reservation in your name, and then the balance will be due within 48 hours following your name being changed on the confirmation (via PayPal or Zelle). Add 3% if using PayPal for credit card fees.
*I have already paid the Transient Occupancy Tax ($97)

NOTE: I can book other Worldmark properties! Please email me for dates / locations (earlier is always better). Usual rental is $15-$20 for 100/points depending on dates/size (for example: this rental is a 1BR at 10,000 points. 10,000 divided by 100 points x $16 = $1600).
