The hillside villa occupies two floors and is fully air conditioned with each floor having independent thermostats. Upstairs features 2 large bedrooms each with king-size bed, closet, bureau and 32-inch TV. Each bedroom includes its own large private bath with marble-tiled floor and shower, including a hair dryer. Fully furnished first floor includes large living area, full kitchen, full bath, convertible sofa bed, washer/dryer, 32-inch TV with cable service, a VCR, AM/FM radio and CD player. Kitchen includes tableware for eight, microwave oven, stove and conventional oven, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender and complete set of cooking pots and pans for food preparation. The balcony offers a nice view of the Caribbean and Great Cruz Bay. Private villa owners pool and grill area a few feet away and access to all resort amenities, including numerous kid activities.
Maid, towel and linen service is provided twice weekly.

If renting less than 7 nights the daily rate is slightly higher and Friday and Saturday nights also slightly higher

The daily resort fee and the {USVI Environment/Infrastructure Impact fee} are included for 7 night stays but there may be an additional cleaning fee, if less than 7 nights.

For an optional additional fee the resort has their own ferry and car service that will transport your party from the airport to a ferry to the resorts dock. Your luggage from the airport until you arrive at your villa will travel with you. There is a grocery and provision market near the ferry where you can pick up food, snacks, liquor, beer or anything you might need to stock your villa prior to boarding or the resort can pre-stock your villa. Of course you can arrange your own method of transport to/from the resort and to/from the airport.
