Resort has several different floorplans.
This is a gorgeous oceanfront boutique resort that has less then 100 rooms. Is within a short stroll for the main street of Playa Del Carmen. The resort is very quiet and unique. One pool, large hot tub, pool bar and restaurant, beach club furniture. Lobby restaurant for breakfast, dinner. The ocean views from the rooms are incredible.

No all-inclusive required as you are renting from an owner. Get owners discount on food and beverage.
Condos are spacious all have Oceanview. Large bedrooms with king sized bed in master. Bed size varies in second bedroom. Al Inclusive is available if you want it with an owners discount

Enjoy a late winter get-away at the Royal Haciendas, a really nice resort located just north of Playa del Carmen. The Royal Haciendas is a nice vacation location for families and couples.

We have two One Bedroom Ocean View suites. Each suite sleeps up to four persons. Rent one or both if you are part of a large group.

Each suite has a master bedroom with king sized bed and a separate living & dining room. In the living room there are two single Murphy beds. There is a full kitchen in the suite. In addition, there is a large balcony with table & chairs, loungers and a Jacuzzi.

The Royal Haciendas is a beachfront resort. There is no need to travel to Playa del Carmen to enjoy the beach. The Haciendas beach has free beach chairs, umbrellas for shade and waiters to take your drink and food orders.

At night, the resort is quiet and restful.

Offerings at the Royal Haciendas include yoga classes, bicycles, a gym, a spa, an on-site grocery store and much more. Five on-site restaurants offer Mexican, American and Asian Food.

The resort provides a shuttle to and from Playa del Carmen where there are restaurants and shops galore.

Because you will be renting directly from the owners, the resort's All-Inclusive dining plan is optional and not a requirement. Know that the All-Inclusive dining plan is convenient because there are so many on-site restaurants. Lock-off bedroom portion has two double beds, tile bathroom with twin sinks and granite countertops, large closet with electronic safe, small private deck with table and chairs, and limited kitchen with medium-sized frig, microwave oven, coffee-maker, sink, dishes, and silverware.

Free use of kayaks, snorkel gear, golf clubs, and tennis gear. Free bicycles can now be checked out for rides on 5th Avenue all the way to downtown Playa del Carmen.

Shuttle available to Playa del Carmen for shopping, entertainment, local culture, and ferry to Cozumel.

Watch the sun rise from your Beachfront villa. Walk out of your villa onto the warm and inviting white sands of Playa Del Carmen

This entire first floor unit is a fabulous Villa with high ceilings, a master suite with a King bed, and walkout access to the patio and a grassy walkway to the pool (B105) and Jacuzzi along with a patio table and chairs. A TV is hidden away in a beautiful armoire. Ceramic tile floors are throughout and the main bath has an open walk-in shower. There is plenty of closet space and a safe for your important documents and jewelry. Decorative ceiling fans throughout keep you cool along with central air conditioning (if needed) that gives you that Caribbean feel. Two built-in Murphy beds are hidden in the wall entertainment unit in the living room along with a TV, stereo, DVD and CD player; and a full kitchen with modern appliances is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, linens and small appliances. The second bedroom is a Lock-off on the opposite side of the unit with another huge bathroom/dressing area, closet, and its own kitchenette with coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. There is a TV in this room as well, and access to its own small walk-out balcony with table and chairs. There are 2 full-size beds to sleep 1 or 2 in each one. There is a safe in this room as well. All in all, the villa sleeps 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years at no extra charge. Maid service is daily except Sundays and you can request cribs and babysitting service (prior request, additional charge for babysitting). There are an Iron, ironing board and hairdryer in both bedrooms and Wi-Fi throughout. At night you can hang around the resort and beach or take a short ride into Playa del Carmen ("Playa" for short). There is everything you could possibly want there but would need to keep coming back in order to see it all. Lots to do and a huge variety. Playa del Carmen and the Royal Haciendas are right in the middle of it ALL! 30 mins. to Cancun and her sister resorts and 30 mins in the other direction to Tulum and some of the most wonderful scenery and beaches. If you want it all come to my home and do what I do when I am there - eat breakfast on the beach and watch the sun come up, snorkel at 10, go into town and haggle with the market vendors, enjoy lunch at the swim-up bar with a banana monkey, go kayaking on the reefs, scuba dive in the late afternoon, and in the evening go out on the town in Playa.
