Unit is a 3 bedroom that can be split into a 2 bedroom and a studio and used separately. It is a ground floor unit that you can walk directly to the pool or out onto the beach. 2 king beds and 2 twin beds plus sofa bed. Two patios, 3 bathrooms and almost 1500 ft2.

The units sleeps 6: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room with couch/double bed, dining area, terrace with dining equipment.

I am listing this for my dad (current owner) who unfortunately cannot travel anymore due to a medical condition. We traveled as a family to Marbella for many years and had a great time in the resort.
I am available for any questions regarding the resort or the ownership.

No debts are present on the timeshare use-right original purchase, only maintenance fees for 2025 who are to be paid by buyer.
I already contacted Marriott Europe and procedure for right-to-user transfer to new buyer costs a one-off 250 $ per week, to be paid by buyer.

Listing price is per week. Price is negotiable especially in case of the purchase of the two weeks.

This is a Right-to-Use week, not a point week. The deed lasts until 2076. The unit sleeps 6: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room with couch double bed, dining area, terrace with dining table and chairs. Two restaurants on site plus 4 pools (1 indoor with jacuzzi & sauna). Located on Nikki beach, considered the best beach in the Marbella area. The resort also offers many daily activities plus a gym, a business center and a supervised playroom for young children. I have rented out week 26 every year since 2015 as we no longer go to Marbella.
