Since the maintenance and membership fees are paid for 2024, I am including at no charge 2170 additional points available for 2025, bringing the total available points for 2025 to 4620 if you exchange the 2025 week to points by September 30, 2024. Or use the full week at Marbella for 2025 and have 2170 additional points to use. You will begin paying maintenance fees in early 2025 for 2026 bookings.

As an added bonus, I will also include a Marriott Interval deposit for a one bedroom exchange from the December 31, 2023 to January 7, 2024 deposited week, for use through Jan 7, 2026.

The resort itself, located right on the beach of the Mediterranean, reflects the typical Marriott elegance and luxurious style, with upscale amenities like large pools, gourmet beachfront restaurants, exotic architecture, parking garage, sauna and spa treatments, and extravagant nightlife with entertainment virtually every night. The 3 bedroom unit is spacious, well furnished, and sleeps 8, includes a washer/dryer, wifi, and furnished balcony with large dining table. Excellent restaurants besides the ones on property are within walking distance along the beach outside the resort. Reasonably close to the Marbella International Airport.

This is a deeded week, not a point week. The deed lasts until 2076. The unit sleeps 6: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room with couch double bed, dining area, terrace with dining table and chairs. Two restaurants on site plus 4 pools (1 indoor with jacuzzi & sauna). Located on Nikki beach, considered the best beach in the Marbella area. The resort also offers many daily activities plus a gym, a business center and a supervised playroom for young children. I have rented out week 26 every year since 2015 as we no longer go to Marbella.
