It is a right-to-use week, not points week.

The unit sleeps 6: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room with couch/double bed, dining area, private garden available with BBQ and dining equipment.

I am listing this for my dad (current owner) who unfortunately cannot travel anymore due to a medical condition. We traveled as a family to Mallorca island for years and had a great time there.
I am available for any questions regarding the resort or the ownership.

No debts are present on the timeshare use-right original purchase, only maintenance fees for 2025 who are to be paid by buyer.
I already contacted Marriott Europe and procedure for right-to-user transfer to new buyer costs a one-off 250 $ per week, to be paid by buyer.

3 bedroom attached house - sleeps 8. Week 16, which this year is 19/04/25 - 26/04/25, so sometimes coincides with Easter. Spacious accommodation on a good resort on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
