As Holiday Inn Club Vacation Diamond Platinum top club status owners, we own many deeded weeks with 1st purchase in 2007 when called Ron Jon. We stay at other HICV resorts but our family likes this resort the best

Watch cruise ships depart from most room, NASA space launches, directly on beach, near theme parks, etc. Resort is only 1 hour from Orlando.

The resort has a fantastic lazy river with free inner tubes, a huge 4 story water slide, pools, pool bar, etc.
Daily scheduled activities for kids and adults, exercise room, basketball, tennis and shuffleboard courts, plus chairs/umbrella rentals right on the huge beach. Mini golf and movie theater for every age, both free on property. There is a very nice on-site restaurant.

Best to plan at least 6 months in advance if you want to stay at this popular resort.

This is one of our all time favorite resorts. We especially love the Oceanfront View. There is so much to do here - pools, hot tubs, lazy river, water slide, delicious restaurant, movie theatre, and Mini-golf to name a few.

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is situated directly on the beach. It features a Caribbean theme that sets the tone for a fun-filled vacation. On-site amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, elevated hot tub, children's play center, and tiki bar. PayPal is a great way to reserve your stay with a deposit, reservation in my name can be verified. Will be put in your name to be verified at the front desk once full PayPal payment is received. We can pay by check after downpayment has been made if 30 days before check in. PayPal will have to be used for balance if less than 30 days to check in.

2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit steps to the beach and walking distance to the pier. Minutes to Port Canaveral cruise port. One hour to Disney World, half hour to Kennedy Space Center and the wildlife refuge. Restaurant right next door with food, music and other entertainment. Ron Jon’s around the corner. Pool onsite. Simple, basic 500 sq ft unit has full sized fridge, stove and oven, so you can save money eating in. Bring your umbrella and beach chairs. “Sleeps 6” (but only 4 comfortably). Only one parking spot for this unit.
