The resort has a fantastic lazy river with all free inner tubes, a huge water slide, pool bar, etc.
There are plenty of daily scheduled activities for kids and adults, exercise room with sauna and basketball, tennis and shuffleboard courts, plus watersport and bike rentals right on the beach. A children’s play area for the little ones, as well as mini golf and movie theater for every age, are also available on property. There is a very nice on-site restaurant.

You may be aware that very few Cape Canaveral deeds are for sale as resort sold out several years ago. With many club owners at other HICV resorts wanting to stay at this resort with all the amenities, demand is much higher than other HICV resorts.
