Across the street from Casa del Mar is Pirate's Cove, where you can challenge your mates to a round of miniature golf. Of course there are always plenty of activities for the entire family in Daytona Beach. Rent a four-wheeler and cruise along the beach, or head inland to the Daytona International Speedway for some NASCAR action.

We are selling our time share at The Cove on Ormond Beach for $1 plus legal costs for transfer of the deed. This is a floating week (7 days annually) one bedroom timeshare. The maintenance fees for 2024 were $1,115.97 and have already been paid. This includes membership in Hilton Vacation Club and Destination XChange, which gives you the option of exchanging the week at The Cove for hundreds of other resorts across the US and the world.

You can also join Interval International for an annual fee of $89. This gives you the option to exchange the week at The Cove for many other resorts around the world and gives you access to additional weeks (Getaways) at hundreds of resorts for a much reduced cost. You can also reserve extra weeks for your family and friends for a small fee.

An ideal destination for a family-friendly vacation, The Cove on Ormond Beach, a Hilton Vacation Club, is your home away from home on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. With easy access to the beach and a fully equipped kitchen in your spacious Suite, you can wake up, make breakfast and claim your spot on the sand as the sun rises. Lounge by the pool and cool off in the water before exploring everything Central Florida’s East Coast offers. All rooms include a balcony overlooking the ocean. There is an indoor and outdoor heated pool as well as a barbeque area, fitness center, game room and hot tub.

The Cove is managed by Plantation Cove Condominium Association, Inc. They send annual reports to all members and do an excellent job of keeping the resort in good repair. In 2023 they repaired the roof on the North Tower and installed towel huts on the pool deck and painted the exterior. They also replaced and refurbished interior furnishings, mattresses, TV’s, kitchen appliances, drapery, carpeting, artwork and paint in all Guest Suites and corridors in both North and South Towers.

In 2024 they plan to refurbish the fitness center, renovate the outdoor pool and replace beach furniture.They were given an Award of Excellence by Hilton Grand Vacations in 2022.


Downtown Ormond Beach is a 15 minute walk with lots of dining options. Daytona Beach and Speedway Park are just a few minutes away. There are also many state parks in the area or you can take a short drive up the coast to St. Augustine.


We have owned this timeshare since October 2005 and have stayed there many times. We have also exchanged it for some very nice resorts in Mexico, Arizona, Missouri and Florida. These are luxury resorts that we would not have been able to afford without owning a timeshare. We like having a kitchen and all the other amenities that go with these resorts. You can also trade up for a two or three bedroom with a small additional fee.
