Free timeshare + $500 for you at closing! We don't use our timeshare anymore and would like to give it to someone who will. We'll take care of all closing costs and will also give you $500 at closing. There's no cost to you to take possession of the timeshare. The maintenance fee in November 2021 was $946 and the next maintenance fee is due in November 2023. The timeshare can be used in 2024.

The unit is a Studio Deluxe Suite which sleeps 6, but no private bedroom, and a limited kitchen. Maintenance fees have been paid for 2023. The week has been deposited for 2023, so the first week for usage at the resort would be in 2024. Interval membership would be required for depositing/exchanging.
