I have three units at this building. One for 25 years, another for 20 and this one for about ten or more years. Floating Red week. Pay your fees on time and pick a week. High unit facing the Bay and Brigantine. Large balcony, kitchen bathroom and unit all remodeled. I love this building but as an owner, I only need two weeks not three. On boardwalk. Building has a restaurant, indoor pool, deck and bar. They have been very honorable over the years. Very well maintained. Could be your beach home close to home like it has been ours.
