The unit will be free to you and WE WILL PAY YOU $1000 to take it. We are tired of paying the maintenance fee every year for a unit we can't use.

We have owned the unit since 1986 and paid the loan off in 1989. The unit is Friday to Friday week 51 every year and is available to you December 20-27 of 2024. Our week includes Christmas each of the next 3 years. I haven't looked beyond 3 years yet. We celebrated Christmas here as a family for many wonderful years, but have been unable to travel for about 10 years now.

The unit is AMV4 which is a top floor corner unit at the highest point on the mountain.

We would like to find a good home for our timeshare in Big Canoe, GA which we can no longer use due to moving to Wyoming and retiring. We always enjoyed our week there when we lived in "driving range", e.g. Atlanta, NC, et al. Great location. Great amenities. We just are unable to use any more - and don't like going through the hassles of trading. Note that this is part of the Bluegreen network.
