This unit is a high rise with three levels with elevator. It is in Building 100 on third floor in Beautiful Hilton Head South Carolina. It offers a screened in porch looking out onto the pool. It is a 2 bedroom condo (1 king, 2 twin and 1 queen pull out) with two separate bathrooms. This unit has a full kitchen with TV's in all rooms. A washer and dryer are also in the unit. No pets are allowed.

This rental includes free daily golf greens fees for up to 4 players at Shipyard and Port Royal golf courses plus one hour of free tennis for 4 people each day at Van Der Meer Shipyard. The resort also includes daily activities and a concierge service.

Port O Call is within the Gated Community of Shipyard Plantation and you have a 5 minute walk to the beach from our private entrance. Lots of walking bicycle trails and shopping.

Capturing the essence of the South Carolina coast's natural scenery, scenic footbridges lead you throughout the resort to a spectacular oceanfront pool and the beach along the Atlantic. This is a studio/hotel unit with a king bed, sofa bed, mini kitchen (with 3/4 fridge, microwave, and hot plate) and washer/dryer in the Presidential Suites.

We are suddenly not able to travel to our home resort this year, so I am renting the unit.

The Carolina Club by Spinnaker is located within the tranquil community of Shipyard Plantation, amid blooming azaleas and magnolias and backing the Galleon Golf course.

These quiet, secluded 3BR townhomes contain fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Each bedrooms has it own TV. This is a very large unit with lots of room for your family at almost 1,700sq feet.

You can also relax outside on your private deck with golf course or lagoon views. The deck is fully furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs and a wonderful view of the property and lagoons.
