We are selling our 140,000 points in Club Wyndham, with our “home” resort being the beautiful, oceanfront Seawatch Plantation in Mrytle Beach, South Carolina. The resort has multiple swimming pools, a lazy river, lots of hot tubs, and is in close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Of course, the main attraction is that it’s oceanfront on the beach on the Atlantic Ocean. The Seawatch units feature full kitchens, washers and dryers, and pretty much anything you’ll need for an exciting or restful vacation, whichever you desire!

Our points are ‘floating’, meaning that you any make reservations at Seawatch or any other Club Wyndham (free, after maintenance fees) or Worldmark ($99) property in the program. There are different point values for different sized units and at different times of the year. You can also join and exchange through RCI if that’s your preference. Our use year begins on October 1st each year and runs through September 30th. First usage for the new owner can be as early as October 1st of 2023. The points are annual.

The title on the timeshare is clear. The deed is paid off, and all fees to Club Wyndham are current through this use year. Seller will split closing and title transfer fees with buyer. Buyer will also be responsible for 2023-2024 maintenance fees and will get 2023-2024 usage of the points.

This timeshare has served us well.
