I have a converted fixed week in Destin, Florida with Wyndham (Bay Club of Sandestin) that I purchased in 2012 that we are getting to the point of no longer being able to use because of our health. The previous owners had paid to convert it to 154,000 points per year many years ago. I will pay the Wyndham $400 transfer fee and closing costs. I have cancelled my 2025 vacation so all points for 2025 will be available to the new owner. My maintenance fees are about $106 per month.

Note: I have turned in multiple properties under Certified Exit, but Wyndham does not want to take this one back right now.

One Week at the beautiful Destin Fl area. Condo is across the street from the beautiful white Sandy beach. The condo amenities include , indoor pool, outdoor pool, mini golf, shuffleboard, hot tub, movie room, game room, exercise room and more. Washer and dryer near pool and was free last year. Only one parking space per unit , 2nd car must park at neighboring hotel down the street for money. Karaoke bar and restaurant nearby , excellent biking , fishing and riding one of electric beach carts around if you want to rent one. Nice place one of favorite places for us. Rates getting higher with higher insurance.
