The Coral Reef Beach Resort is an Oceanfront timeshare Resort vacation rental on St. Pete Beach. The Resort is located between the TradeWinds and RumRunners Resorts and is within close walking distance to the best restaurants, beach bars and much more. St. Pete Beach was voted 2021's #1 Best Beach in America by TripAdvisor.

I am local and I own this timeshare in Unit 203 for the week beginning on Saturday January 25, 2025 and ending Saturday February 1, 2025. This week rents for $1,600 (Saturday to Saturday). There are no extra fees or service charges. There is a $250 security/damage deposit requirement which is fully refundable if there are no damages to the unit. Proof of ownership is available from resort prior to booking and deposit. Rental confirmation is provided by the resort.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor (#203) which is just around the corner from the beachfront units. This unit is a 1 bedroom with 1 king bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the family room, full kitchen with full size fridge, dining area and 1 full bath. Unit amenities are everything you need with cook/dinnerware, blender, toaster, microwave and much more. The unit is pleasantly furnished with free cable TV, free Wifi, free midweek maid service and free parking for 1 vehicle. You can come to the resort earlier on Saturday to check in and use the beach, pool and pool baths but will not have access to your room until it is ready which is usually by 4:00 p.m. Checking out is the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Property has 2 heated pools, 3 Jacuzzis, elevators, BBQ area and much more.

All Check-in/Checkout days are Saturday, check-in by 4:00 p.m. and checkout by 10:00 a.m. I am happy to meet with you or a designee of yours to preview the property prior to completing a rental agreement.
