A family friendly resort located at 1148 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. We have enjoyed this unit (B-6) for 14 years, but are ready to sell.

3 BR/2BA. Maximum occupancy - 6 people,
This is a 2nd level unit. No elevators, so you must be able to navigate stairs.
2 vehicle covered parking permitted underneath the unit.
No pets (resort rules)
Private WIFI in each unit.

The resort is across the street from the beach. A short and easy walk to the beach. You cross a 2 lane road (not a highway).

Convenience store, seafood takeout, ice cream shop, and restaurant are right next door. Many activities like golf, water parks, go carts, deep sea trips, the Hangout (bands, music, food, drinks), parasailing are within just a few miles of the resort. Mini-golf and nice playground for kids. Bonus - pool is from 2 ft - 4-1/2 feet. Perfect for young children. Charcoal grills and a pavilion offer a relaxed place for on-site dining. Unit has a nice deck with chaise lounge, 2 chairs and a side table.
