Resort is located in the Garden District (amazing views of the city (or the courtyard pool / spa) from the rooftop terrace, or watch the historic St. Charles streetcars (providing easy access to the French Quarter) from the 2nd floor resort balcony). This studio unit can be booked yearly (with payment of annual fees $777.15 in 2024) as either 1 king bed (sleeps 2) or 2 queen beds (permits 4); includes partial kitchen and full bathroom. Units were renovated in 2023. Maintenance fees are up to date; new owners will be responsible to the current owner for reimbursement of the 2024 fees before the floating 2024 week is booked and the deed is transferred. Current owner will pay resort transfer fee. This resort #1450 also trades well on RCI (with optional membership). The current owners still love NOLA and the resort, but also own a biennial week at the same location so can continue to visit every other year.

Unit 110 is located on the ground floor toward the back of the building and just steps away from the serene courtyard. It sleeps up to four but would be better for a couple. It has one bedroom, one bath, a living/dining area, and a partial kitchen (no oven).

This is an annual fixed week in Unit 110 with a Friday start. Week 21 is in late May, often Memorial Day Week. Quarter House is very good at entertaining in-house exchanges, depending of course on availability of weeks to exchange to. Don't expect to get Mardi Gras!

Quarter House has no parking facilities. Parking is in commercial garages or hotels. Wyndham has a contract for parking with the Wyndham Hotel. Do not bring a vehicle into the French Quarter if you can avoid it.

Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM. No smoking. Small dogs are permitted with a non-refundable payment for cleaning.

Buyer will pay closing costs, estimated at $600 if LT Transfers is used to do the closing. Buyer may select another company to do closing.
