This Hyatt Vacation Club property at Wild Oak Ranch is a great addition to any collection. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's perfect for a small family or group of friends. The property is located in San Antonio, Texas, and is part of the Hyatt Vacation Club program. The week of the year for this particular listing is Week 8, which runs from February 22 to March 1, 2026 for the first time usage. The maintenance fees, property taxes, club dues and all other fees are $1802.06. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a unique vacation experience. It's also a great timeshare trader (1300 points) with other Hyatt Vacation Club properties and Marriott properties using Interval International. I've traded my week the last couple of years and stayed in Bonita Springs, Florida which was a beautiful experience with private beach for Hyatt members. I've stayed during the summer at Breckenridge, Co, the luxurious Aspen, CO property, and the luxury and boutique property in Beaver Creek Park Hyatt which I highly recommend.
