This is a modern vacation resort located equally distant from the heart of Sedona and Cottonwood's lovely restaurant and shopping area. Is it adjacent to a challenging 18-hole golf course that you can literally walk your clubs to. It has a great pool and two spacious spas to accommodate the 80 units at the resort. My California drive is too much for me and we are selling it for next to nothing.
