Timbers at Island Park Village Resort is a great get away for the family. The location is very close to Yellowstone and week 23 is in June. They have a rec center, pool and sauna. The condominium features full kitchen, fireplace, couch bed in the family room and 1 bedroom. This unit is very close to the rec center and nearby playground. We plan on going here for many years to come! If this is something you would like to purchase, Timbers will help with the paperwork all you pay is $100 dollars. This is for the season starting June 2024.

Week 29 in Unit 120 in the long-established Timbers at Island Park Village Resort just 22 miles from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park is available. After years of enjoyment, its owners are aging out.

Like a cabin in the mountains, unit 120 is on the lower level of the quiet corner of an 8-plex at the forested periphery of the resort. Parking is at the unit. The one bedroom has a queen bed, and two more sleep on the sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a gas fireplace and deck. Its western rustic sans designer style is cozy and to be refurbished. Hike through the woods less than 100 yards (or drive) to the best breakfast place in Island Park and to the new full-service grocery.

Resort amenities include new high-speed internet, new indoor pool and sauna complex, game room, exercise room, large playground, horseshoe court, laundry, and the adjacent 9-hole golf course, driving range, tennis court and pro shop. Contact seller for pictures. The large, covered picnic area with barbecues is near the Unit 120 building.

Recreation abounds. Fly-fish every trout species. Float the Henry's Fork. Visit Big Spring and the Johnny Sack Cabin on the National Register of Historic Places. Hike or off-road in every direction. Bike Sawtelle Mountain. Tour the historic Railroad Ranch at the Harriman State Park and wildlife refuge. Find Mesa Falls on the scenic by-way just 35 minutes away. Learn some history and geology at Earthquake Lake. Belly-laugh through an hilarious original Yellowstone Theater production after your prime rib dinner. Then there is Yellowstone-- so close any area of the park can be accessed in a day trip. Or venture further to Grand Teton National Park. Week 29 usually includes Utah's Pioneer Day holiday and the new Island Park Festival.

This is a deeded unit. The 2023 maintenance fee was $866. Maintenance will next be due approximately October 1, 2023. This unit trades well though Trading Places and Interval International, and rents readily.

No transfer fee involved as owner is licensed Idaho attorney who can manage closing.
