This 2 bedroom condo lock off is on the Meadow Lake golf course (on 14th hole) and driving distance for day trips to Glacier National Park, close to the Kalispell and Kalispell's Airport that the resort provides pickup and drop off, Whitefish, Columbia Falls and Flathead Lake. Also includes private Flathead Lake day use lodge with barbecues and full kitchen, private dock for boating and swimming, free use of kayaks and floaties. In the winter months the resort provides a shuttle from your condo to the private Lodge at Whitefish Mountain ski hill. This condo is in building 9 which is near hot tub/pool, gym, sauna, steam room. Check it out.

Maintenance fees are $1153/week/year; weeks floating schedule B2, B3, C1 (tried to get the best schedule when purchased). Reason for selling is health issues. Would prefer a family who enjoy an active lifestyle to take over.

Meadow Lake Golf & Ski unit in Columbia Falls, MT. This unit, 1121AB, is a two bedroom in the SpyGlass section of the resort during week 36 (approx 1st/2nd full week of Sept). Our family made many wonderful memories here, as we visited many times before my dad died.

There are many activity options for all ages and the resort has a lovely spa! It's currently auto-enrolled into RCI points, which means every year, the week is converted into points that you can use through the RCI resort portfolio. The annual dues are $1,540 and are paid quarterly. Closing costs are estimated @ $500 and we are willing to split those costs.
