There are two four story buildings with one and two bedroom units available. There are three beach front swimming pools at the Grand – two smaller pools at either end of the property and a very large zero edge pool with Jacuzzi and swim up bar right in the middle. Sitting in this pool, it also seems like the water merges right into the ocean – what a view! In front of the pools, you will find an abundance of beach chairs, palm trees and hammocks.

The Morritt’s offers peace and quite, an escape from the crowds and noise, a place to completely relax and be away from it all. New furniture, new king-size bed in the bedrooms, stainless appliances, and Corian counter-tops.

The actual one bedroom unit on our paperwork is week #41 and unit #6102 from year 2005 for 99 years. The week is a floating week for occupying depending on availability.

A bonus week is available this year to the buyer upon paying an additional maintenance fee for 2023. This unit does not have weeks 51, 52 or 53 included in the deed.

Morritt's Grand now trades and banks weeks in Interval International. For the next 10 years, Interval International will bank two weeks for one week deposited if you decide not to use your week. This is effective May 2015 in Interval International.

Activities for all family members including non-divers including complete scuba diving, snorkeling, and windsurfing programs. The resort offers some of the hottest nighttime Caribbean entertainment on the island. David's, the on-site restaurant, provides international and island cuisine. Convenience/grocery store a short walk away.
Morritt's Resort is on the East End of the island, which is more relaxing and far less congested than the 7-mile beach area. You are 40 minutes from Georgetown and a variety of shops, 20 minutes to Rum Point and Kaibo Yacht club (both very nice beaches.) From Rum Point you can take a sunset cruise or a trip to world famous Sting Ray City, both of which can be booked right on the beach at the Morritt's Resort!
