This is a ocean view villa J5630 in a great location. The villa has a king size bed in master suite and 2 pull-downs in the living area . The lock off has 2 double beds. This villa sleeps 6 people. Being a lock off allows you to stay in one side and rent or trade the other. The balcony over looks a lovely pool with swim up bar and a small outdoor restaurant . A beautiful view of the ocean as well. There are 3 restaurants located at the resort and options to use any at all the other Royal resorts near by. There is a nice convenience store off the lobby . If you choose you may go all-inclusive and there is a nice discount for owners. This is a nice option. Your maint. include maid service for Mon.- Sat.. There are also buses right outside the resort for your convenience . Unfortunately for us, age and health forces us to give up our 22 years of Cancun vacations . This unit is available for 2025..
