My dad and his wife have 22 years remaining on their membership, but no longer wish to travel. Other owners rent out their timeshares at the Royal Solaris clubs for $300 per week, but he is offering this membership at half the cost of renting an equal number of weeks each year!

A studio unit has a balcony, with your choice of a king size bed or two double beds, a small kitchenette with a mini-frig that is stocked daily with beer, soda, and water bottles.

You will have to pay for an all-inclusive meal plan for all of your meals and drinks (alcoholic beverages included). There are buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a variety of sit down meals for dinner. Besides the buffets, there is a poolside grill, a pizza hut, and a sushi bar, as well as a swim up bar.

You can get up to 20% discount for paying for the all inclusive in advance. Children 0 - 4 are free with paying adults, children 5 - 16 have a reduced rate.

The resort plans fun activities all day long at the pool. And a variety of shows in the theater such as the Mexican night with professional singers, dancers, and a mariachi band. Just across the street, a marina on the lagoon offers free non-motorized water equipment such as sailboats, paddle boats, canoes, etc.

Your fee also includes a full day excursion (lunch and drinks included). Possible choices include Isla Mujeres, Coba (Mayan ruins), catamaran with snorkeling, party boat with Mexican food and music (at night). This is a ocean view villa J5630 in a great location. The villa has a king size bed in master suite and 2 pull-downs in the living area . The lock off has 2 double beds. This villa sleeps 6 people. Being a lock off allows you to stay in one side and rent or trade the other. The balcony over looks a lovely pool with swim up bar and a small outdoor restaurant . A beautiful view of the ocean as well. There are 3 restaurants located at the resort and options to use any at all the other Royal resorts near by. There is a nice convenience store off the lobby . If you choose you may go all-inclusive and there is a nice discount for owners. This is a nice option. Your maint. include maid service for Mon.- Sat.. There are also buses right outside the resort for your convenience . Unfortunately for us, age and health forces us to give up our 22 years of Cancun vacations . This unit is available for 2025..
