I have 15500 HGVC points in the Hawaii Club. I am not sure what the maintenance fee will be next year. For this year, I assume that the cost/point is about $.24. I originally bought a week in 1999 through Embassy Resorts for my family getaways. I converted to points in the early 2000s and added to the points sometime around when Sunterra sold to Diamond. I am considered an original owner of Diamond points. There are no resale points included in the total. My kids are grown and don't want the timeshare points. I am retired and cannot afford the annual maintenance fees anymore. I would love to transfer the ownership to someone who can enjoy the points. I have 7255 points that I banked from 2024 into 2025. We would have to discuss use of those points.

We have owned weeks 14 (unit VL0128) and 16 (unit VL0137) for decades. We converted them to RCI points several years ago. We get 24k points per year per week. We are motivated to sell as we are getting older and have too many timeshares. We used one of the weeks 2021 and found the resort to be in fine shape. There are 24k points available for each week in 2025. Transfer fee was recently $289 per week.

This is a one bedroom Biannual Even Year 44,500 points resort. The home week is week 36 in case one wants to use the resort instead of depositing the points with RCI (avoid the exchange fee). Next maintenance fee due May 1, 2026. Buyer will receive 2026 usage. I didn't understand how to answer when the first date available will be, because this is a points contract, so I entered 5/1/26 because that's when the buyer's maintenance fee will be due (can be paid sooner if desired), and usage will begin as soon as the maintenance fee is paid.

This is a Biannual Even Year 92,500 points resort. Next maintenance fee due January 1, 2026. Buyer will receive 2026 usage. Two bedroom unit, sleeps 8, full kitchen, Unit 10302, Lock-off. Assigned Unit Week 31 and Assigned Unit 10302 I didn't understand how to answer when the first date available will be, because this is a points contract, so I entered 1/1/26 because that's when the buyer's maintenance fee will be due (can be paid sooner if desired), and usage will begin as soon as the maintenance fee is paid.

40000 RCI points every second year until 2059. Possibly to accelerate by taking points during the "off" year, this shrinks the end date. Last payment was $1,322.55CDN effective August 31, 2023 ($972.55USD), next one due August 31, 2025. Transfer fee to be paid by seller. Cranberry resort is a 4-season resort less than 2 hours north of Toronto, on Georgian Bay (Great Lakes), with an excellent golf course, water sports, mountain biking, walking and bike trails and close to ski hills.

This unit has a unique feature. Maintenance fees are paid on even years. The unit can be used as a 3 bedroom at any time int the two year period or it can be split and used as a 1 bedroom the first year and a 2 bedroom the second year of the maintenance period.

We recently moved to Placerville, so don't really need a timeshare just an hour away. It's a beautiful property overlooking the Carson Valley. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, with jacuzzis in some rooms and 2 hot tubs on the roof. Couch folds out to sleep two more. TVs in every room, full kitchen. Pool table on the property.

Well maintained, the maintenance fee includes access to Ridge Tahoe's facilities.

In addition to the maintenance fee there has been a special assessment of $665.44 for last year, 2025 and 2026. We will pay for any title transfer fees.

Two "even year" Prime floating weeks. Maintenance fees for 2024 were $1,001 per week and the time has not yet been used. We always stay at waterside because it has an elevator, but there are several townhouse units available in the Shipyard Plantation golf course area, Egret Point and Southwind Villas.

Age and health have made the eight hour drive untenable. FREE, just pay closing cost.

The Beautiful Meadow Lake Golf course / Ski Resort .
This 2 bedroom condo lock off is on the Meadow Lake golf course (on 14th hole) and driving distance for day trips to Glacier National Park, close to the Kalispell and Kalispell's Airport that the resort provides pickup and drop off, Whitefish, Columbia Falls and Flathead Lake. Also includes private Flathead Lake day use lodge with barbecues and full kitchen, private dock for boating and swimming, free use of kayaks and floaties. In the winter months the resort provides a shuttle from your condo to the private Lodge at Whitefish Mountain ski hill. This condo is in building 9 which is near hot tub/pool, gym, sauna, steam room.
