The check in day in Friday Feb 7, and the check out day is Monday Feb 10. The Superbowl is Sunday Feb 9th.

The 4 BR unit is made up of 3 units that al have interconnecting doors.

The main unit is the 2 BR corner unit, this unit sleeps 6. Master Bedroom is a huge corner unit, with an ensuite bath. The 2nd BR is a normal sized BR. The 2nd Bath is located adjacent to the 2nd BR. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has a large living area, dining area and kitchen.

The 2nd unit is a 1 BR Junior Corner Suite, this unit sleeps 4. This unit consists on a 1 BR with access to the bath from the BR. It also has access to the Bath from the hallway. There is also a living area with sleeper sofa and kitchenette.

The 3rd unit in a Studio unit, this unit sleep 2. This unit consists of a studio with a seating area, and an ensuite bath in this room.

This unit is not even available via Hilton.com for these Superbowl dates, but other dates for lower demand days go for over $1,500 per NIGHT.

This is a large 2 BR (1600 sq ft ) unit in gated Shipyard Plantation in a great area of the Island. It is less than a five minute drive to Coligny beach, grocery, shops, and restaurants. It is less than a mile to the beach by foot or bike (2 provided free) or less than two by car. Unit is less than 50 yards to the pool. The unit has a deck and table overlooking the pond, which has many visitors, including turtles, birds, and gators. There is a golf course less than a quarter mile.
In addition to the two adult bikes provided, guests can choose from multiple golf courses at reduced rates. Pay only the cart fee per person participating. Pricing begins around $40 for one or two of the courses and a bit more for another, Details can be provided if interested in that.

This one-bedroom oceanfront suite has fantastic views of the ocean and harbor. It has a completely separate living room with two balconies, a large couch, chair, and big screen TV. This well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 5th floor overlooking the lagoon. The unit has a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining area.


Waterside guests have complimentary use of a large outdoor pool and hot tub, Activity Center, BBQ area, secondary large pool, childrens’ pool and play area, lagoon gazebo and walkway.

Provide one guest name (at least 21 years old), address, phone numbers, and email address with payment. Once payment and guest info is received I will contact the resort and have guest information added to the reservation and provide you with an updated confirmation.
