This is an every other year (odd) timeshare, with a very unique feature. You can roll over weeks if not used (up to 3), rather than losing the week if you don't get to use it.
WIVC also does direct exchanges with 3 of the biggest timeshare companies, RCI, 7Across, and Interval International. So, if you're looking to stay at a different location, you can easily use the exchange program. WIVC is easy to reach, and very helpful on the phone.
This sought after multi-destination timeshare was purchased in the 80's and still hangs on to a low maintenance fee of around $327.
