We rent our timeshare at the Royal Solaris in Cancun for $300 per week . You can choose any week of the year and you can rent two units during the same week if you want to invite family or friends to join you.

Our studio unit has a balcony, with your choice of a king size bed or two double beds, a small kitchenette with a mini-frig that is stocked daily with beer, soda, and water bottles.

You will have to pay for an all-inclusive meal plan for all of your meals and drinks (alcoholic beverages included). There are buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we prefer the sit down meals for dinner. Besides the buffets, there is a poolside grill, a pizza hut, and a sushi bar, as well as a swim up bar.

You can get up to 20% discount for paying for the all inclusive in advance. Children 0 - 4 are free with paying adults, children 5 - 16 have a reduced rate.

There are fun activities all day long at the pool. Each evening is a different show in the theater. Don't miss the Mexican night with professional singers, dancers, mariachi band, etc. There is a marina across the street on the lagoon with free non-motorized water equipment such as sailboats, paddle boats, canoes, etc.

Your fee also includes a full day excursion (lunch and drinks included). Possible choices include Isla Mujeres, Coba (Mayan ruins), catamaran with snorkeling, party boat with Mexican food and music (at night). You will be given free transportation to and from the Cancun airport.

We have two weeks available from Jan. 18, 2025 to Feb.1. An ocean view junior suite with a partial kitchen, bath, 2 queen beds, a sofa and two chairs in the sitting area. The beautiful grounds stretch along the Sea of Cortez, with winding paths among traditional buildings and palm trees and morning coffee in front of the Sheraton. All things beckon the guests to relax and chat. Because the ocean drops off steeply, the whales frolic almost daily within easy view of the pools and beach. The beach is technically not a "swimmable" beach which has the advantage of being much quieter than Cabo's Medano beach, where water vehicles zoom loudly around from sunrise to sunset. There are 5 swimming pools (including 2 ocean front infinity pools, and 4 spa tubs so there is plenty of swimming for all. And if walking and swimming are not enough exercise, there is also a fitness room tucked under the main building. The listing is $1,000 per week.
