Hi all, so we bought a timeshare at Pueblo bonito Sunset Beach years ago and have honestly never used it. A variety of factors on why we did not but I would like someone to purchase and have the opportunity to enjoy it more than we have. The Royal Haciendas is the latest of the Royal Resorts. It is a 30 min. ride from the Cancun airport and located on a beautiful beachfront. This is a penthouse villa on the beach and in a perfect location. The villa sleeps 6 and is a lock off which allows you to use one side and rent or trade the other . The living area has two pull down murphy beds that are very comfortable . The master suite has a king size bed and a walk in shower and there is even a Jacuzzi on your balcony where the view is spectacular. The lock off has 2 queen size beds .You have a full kitchen in your unit but there are 4 casual restaurants to choose from right there at the resort and as a owner you can go all-inclusive with a nice discount. There is a nice market and free wi-fi available as well as computers. Maid service Mon. through Sat. is included in your maintenance. The staff is very professional and go out of there way to be helpful. There is a golf course for the golfers and a wonderful spa and gym available. This is a great place to relax and unwind. I am a owner not in sales and are forced to sell because of health . We have been a owner since the resort opened and have enjoyed our time there. This unit is available for 2024. the week 22.
