I am willing to sell my 210 + 20 (Perpetual plus Prestige) Points' Contract. We have enjoyed it for a bunch of years but cant travel anymore. I am willing to hear reasonable offers. Enjoy vacations in Puerta Vallarta, Mazatlan, Florida, California, Canada and Hawaii among others. More than 40 properties fully equiped.

Raintree Vacation Club points, 30K points annually with 180K points currently banked. I haven't been using for years. 30K of these points will expire at the end of December, then 150K at the end of 2030.
