I'm looking for a one time swap to see someplace different. I'm interested in a beach on the east coast. A little bit out of season would be fine but not when the weather is really cold. Dunes South is a no frills resort with no amenities. It has a residential feel. The unit is 1/2 of a small duplex. It is an ocean front unit with obstructed views. The sand dunes are a little high but you can see a little of the ocean. It is pet friendly for an extra cleaning fee. The weather is usually warm this time of year but it is not crowded yet. It is a quiet beach vacation. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
