We own a week at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club, Kauai. Ocean View, 2br. Check-in is set for June 28 (4th of July week) 2025, however it could be changed to another summer date if done early in 2025, and non-summer non-holiday dates even later in the year.

We might consider exchanging your 2026 week for our 2025 week. We've done that before and it requires trust, but we're longtime TUGgers and expect you are too.

We'd be interested in a 2br unit of similar quality, starting August 1 2025 through the fall. If the resort has view tiers, it should be Ocean View or equivalent.

We're looking for a place in Hawaii, the US, Canada before November, Europe, or maybe the Caribbean or Bermuda. Not Mexico, sorry.

Terms: You must be the owner, we don't want to attempt to use your exchanged week. If we exchange and the party to use the later week cancels, the used week will be considered a rental and paid by the canceling party at a previously agreed rate.

This offer is open until March 1, after which we'll put the week up for rent on Redweek. It'll be listed here on TUG before that, but we've never found a renter on TUG.
