1) Contact me to confirm the details of your needs, including your desired villa name, room type, check-in/out dates, number of guests, name at check-in, and special needs first.

2) I will make a reservation under my name if available.

3) Please make a purchase once you get my confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, I will put the reservation under your name and email you the updated reservation. Soon Vistana should email you the reservation with your name directly. Then you may contact Vistana for additional requests as needed.

4) If payment not received within the graceful period*, I'll have to cancel the reservation.

5) Free cancellation may be accepted within the graceful period*. After that, a partial refund may be issued. In case if anything unexpected affects your reservation, I'll give a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Very nice villas at Sheraton Mountain Vista in Avon, CO (at the base of Beaver Creek 9 miles west of Vail available for the 2023 ski season. We have most weeks from early January to early April. Pricing is as follows for weeks with a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday check-in:

Premium 1BR/1Bath/Sleeps 4/Jan 3-April 6, 2025: $2,500/week
Deluxe 1BR/1Bath/Sleeps 4/Jan 3-April 6, 2025: $1,900/week

The deluxe (small) 1BR villa sleeps 4 and has a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, two flat screen HD TV's, washer/dryer, fireplace, very nice kitchenette (with full size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and dishwasher), and balcony with gas grill.

The premium (large) 1BR villa sleeps 4 and has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, two flat screen HD TV's, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas grill.

The resort is located on Ka'anapali beach, north of fire-ravaged Lahaina. We were there Christmas 2023, and the resort area is totally undamaged, but Lahaina was sad. However it is slowly recovering.
