3) Please make a purchase once you get my confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, I will put the reservation under your name and email you the updated reservation. Soon Vistana should email you the reservation with your name directly. Then you may contact Vistana for additional requests as needed.

4) If payment not received within the graceful period*, I'll have to cancel the reservation.

5) Free cancellation may be accepted within the graceful period*. After that, a partial refund may be issued. In case if anything unexpected affects your reservation, I'll give a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

They both have a magnificent view of Nassau, the Cruise Ship Dock, and Yacht Harbor. Spectacular top floor water views in every direction! Located at HARBORSIDE, the rentals include full use of every amenity offered at the Atlantis right next door... absolutely no additional charge. I assume you are familiar with the ATLANTIS, but more information on that spectacular resort can be found on their website. One mid-week (usually Wednesday) cleaning with linen and towel change is included.

Harborside is a very special vacation ownership resort right next door to the Atlantis. Harborside, aside from the Atlantis, is a vacation destination unto itself with gorgeous waterfront pool, fitness center, etc.

We bought this particular week 44 because we live in New Jersey and this week is almost always 'Teacher's Convention' week, so the kids are off from school most of that week. We've made other vacation plans this year, so we are offering our Top Floor Waterfront Atlantis Harborside Villa Week 44 to you! We promise you'll have a fantastic vacation!

The two bedroom has a big beautiful full kitchen, 2 big baths (the Master has a stall shower and Jacuzzi Tub), 1 King and 1 Queen Bed, a spacious living and dining room with queen sleepsofa, 3 TV's, and a Bose dvd/cd music system, all connected to a large direct-waterfront balcony. 1BR has the same, except it's a 1BR.

If you are thinking about a vacation to the Atlantis- don’t bother staying AT the Atlantis. Our 'Harborside' Villa is right next door, and you'll have a full, spacious apartment with a kitchen and washer/ just an overpriced, cramped hotel room. Our Villa 100% includes all facilities and amenities of the Atlantis Resort. Harborside has an excellent shuttle bus system. It operates (free of charge) all day and night long,
taking you to and from all the Atlantis Towers every 10 minutes or so. Can easily walk back and forth!

Most weeks are sold out but 2-8 to 2-15 is already reserved and can check other weeks for cancellations or changes. extra nights can usually be rented direct from marriott at around 700 a night as walk to gondola ski resorts are very expensive unless you find a great deal like this.

Myself i just walk to gondola as it is only around 1200 feet a 5 min walk.

The great thing about staying here is all of the great stores and restaurants of Avon are walking distance and that they are about half the price of the beaver creek village.

I can't say enough about this resort. I own 8 weeks! I LOVE SDO! Located in beautiful Scottsdale, just off the 101 freeway, close to shopping, dining and golf galore! Just a block from the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf course. Surrounded by the splendor of the Sonoran Desert, the Sheraton Desert Oasis offers more than stunning sunsets & towering saguaros, including a 4,500-square-foot (418 square meters) swimming pool with cascading waterfalls & a secluded spa grotto. The resort also features Splash, a poolside bar & grill, a fitness center & plenty of fun for children, such as the always-popular spray pool. Enjoy the comforts of this STANDARD one-bedroom villa that has a well appointed kitchen that includes a FULL size refrigerator AND dishwasher, full sized microwave & toaster oven, kitchen counter bar-top with barstools, separate dining table & chairs living room & a lovely patio.
