We own two Worldmark accounts: A 20K and a 50K.
Account Is Paid Off (we've owned it since 2000 and are reducing from 2 to 1 account)

April 1 Anniversary Date (by the time this approx transfers and you have to pay dues, you'll be very close to another 20K deposit)
Maintenance Fee is $470.82/Qtr or $156.94 per month.

**With this option, I will keep the 20,000 available credits and transfer them to my other account, leaving the account with 20K credits available to borrow. Maintenance Fees will be kept current by us until transfer is completed. Account transfers are currently taking approximately 5+ months to complete. @@@Realistically, you could receive another 20,000 points on April 1 before you pay any maint fees (or very close).

You do have the option to keep the 20,000 points if you want. They have a market value of .08 per credit. (actually close to .09, but we'll give you a deal if you want them). You will, however, receive another 20,000 credit deposit on every April 1st. 20,000 points get you two plus nice weeks in a bigger unit.

This studio unit can be booked yearly (with payment of annual fees currently $707.68) as either 1 king bed (sleeps 2) or 2 queen beds (permits 4); includes partial kitchen and full bathroom. Maintenance fees are up to date; new owners will be responsible for 2024 fees (payable before booking floating 2024 week). Purchase price of $299 will be used to pay resort transfer fee. This resort #1450 also trades well on RCI (with optional membership).
