NOT interested in the FL Panhandle area. NOT interested in (or anywhere even remotely near) Orlando. NOT interested in any inland FL locations. We are ONLY interested in a COASTAL location within the specific geographic area clearly described above. NOT interested in a studio or the smaller lock off portion of a larger unit. Larger side of a lockoff or Full 1BR (or 2BR) ONLY.
