WANTED: Kings Creek Plantation (Spinnaker) – 3–4BR or 2BR + 1BR Lockoff – RCI & II Eligible
Hello TUG Members,
I’m looking to purchase a timeshare at Kings Creek Plantation by Spinnaker in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Here’s what I’m looking for:

Unit size: 3–4 bedroom, or a 3-bedroom with an optional 1-bedroom lockoff (would love a unit that can be split into 2)
Week type: Floating week preferred (Weeks 1–52) but will consider a fixed week
Exchange affiliation: Must be eligible for both Interval International and RCI
Ownership type: Annual preferred, but biennial considered

I’m a serious buyer and flexible on the season or specific week, as long as the ownership includes full trade privileges with both exchange companies.
