Eastwood timeshare resort is located in the East End of beautiful historic Provincetown, Massachusetts, at the tip of Cape Cod. Provincetown is the oldest art colony in America and has been the home of some of the worlds most famous artists and authors. Provincetown is also the birthplace of modern American theater, playing host to a wonderful array of actors, singers and comedians throughout the year. The Provincetown Art Assoc, and the Fine Arts Work Center have many Photography, Art and Writing workshops. Provincetown is also the Pilgrims first landing place.




Our Resort is comprised of 33 units, studios and one bedrooms with kitchens and full baths. These units are available for resale and as rentals. The Resort is open year-round.

You may eat in your unit, bbq on premises or go into town to enjoy the many wonderful gourmet restaurants. Stay pool side or go to the beach. Walk through town and see a wide variety of shops and art galleries. Visit the famous Pilgrim Monument or one of several lighthouses in the area. Rent a Kayak and explore the bay, take a boat on a fishing or whale watching expedition. Play golf , tour the dunes, or enjoy a sunset on the beach. Hiking or biking the fabulous trails in the National Seashore Park or around town is a favorite pastime for our guests.
