Hi - I have a beachfront studio during high season in March on the 3rd floor of the Flamingo Beach Resort that I can't use this year. Dates fall in the middle of the Heineken Regatta - views of the sailing from the room, and walk to parties. Bars and restaurants are on site and you can walk to MANY MANY more. Sailing excursions, snorkeling, kayaking and tours just a short walk from the room. Kayak right off the beach. Infinity pool on the beach as well. This is a super clean, well-run resort. Family matters prevent me from going this year. Please contact me asap if you're interested and I can provide photo's of the room and the resort too.

I pay a lot more than this for the week. If you're interested in purchasing it that's an option too.
