The Vacation Owners Association, Inc at Olympia is a small 30-unit timeshare located in the heart of Wisconsin's "Lake Country", an area known for it's many lakes.





Offering all your favorite outdoor activities; biking, hiking, fishing and swimming, Oconomowoc is conveniently located close to I-94. Madison and Milwaukee are both a short drive away making for easy access to both "big city" and "small town"" entertainment and attractions.





We have one, two and three bedroom units available. All of our units are completely furnished and include 2 TV's with cable service, DVD player, and free wi-fi. Our kitchens are fully stocked, and towels and linens are supplied in the units. Charcoal grills are available on our outdoor patios.

The Olympia Resort and Conference Center closed unexpectedly in mid-January, which resulted in the VOA losing usage of the hotel, most notably the indoor and outdoor pools and the spa. Olympia Resort is listed for sale and updates from the city give hope that it will be sold. Unfortunately, we do not know what a new owner’s plans may be once sold, it could be reopened and renovated or it could be razed and something new put in its place. We are in touch with the city regarding updates on the property.





For swimming options for this year, the City Beach and Pabst Farms YMCA both offer day passes that can be purchased for a small fee. We do have a few passes for the City Beach available in the office and are tracking usage to gauge guest’s interest in using the beach. We also have information on the Watertown Aquatic Center, The Springs Water Park in Pewaukee and state and county park beaches available in the office.
