I have two floating weeks at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in a junior suite that I would like to sell for $1000 per week. All Junior Suites have a view of the Pacific Ocean (perfect for Whale watching) and include either two queen beds or one king, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The maintenance fee listed below is for both weeks.

FLOATING WEEK RENTAL - 7 days. can check in any day of week. Not available Christmas day or New years. DOES NOT have a separate bedrm, 2 queen beds or a King if avail. So ideal for a couple and a family member. Has a full fridge, stove top microwave and kitchen cupboards. A sitting area and then a lrg balcony with chairs to admire the OCEAN VIEWS. Is a 5 star resort, with many restaurants approx 17 between the 3 resorts. Also a deli area for the early risers..

Has 2 sister sister resorts. A free shuttle to the sister resorts in town. Sunset beach has a shuttle within the resort to get you from point to point, if needed.. Has several pools, some rt outside your building, some further. Two beautiful very large pools. One of the two is a infinity pool with a swim up bar overlooking a lower pool, its up high, and you can see for ever.. the other is the lower pool with a hydro pool section Bar and food service at most of the pools.

You can eat at all three resorts. They also offer a all inclusive Drink and meal plan , price varies depending which package you choose, your age and which promo is on. The meal plan if wanted, is booked by renter directly with the resort once reservation is confirmed. There is a Walmart if you prefer to do your own cooking. You would take the free shuttle into town and then taxi or walk to Walmart. There are taxis waiting at Walmart to take you back to resort.. The resort will assist you in bringing up your groceries.

They have a 5 star buffet, a piano generally playing during meals, also a piano bar, many seating areas. A store for basics, internet access on location. They offer rm service, This really is a beautiful resort, especially in decor and OCEAN VIEWS from many areas throughout.
