We are selling our Villa, Unit B5505, a 2BR/2BTH full kitchen, CORNER UNIT at the Royal Sands Resort in Cancun, The facilities and beachfront are EXCEPTIONALLY WELL MAINTAINED, as well as located close to high end shopping mall and local craft markets. There is a fantastic spa ONSITE, as well as restaurants, coffee shop and market that for those things you may want to have on hand in your kitchen. The entire villa can be utilized as a 2BR/2BTH with Kitchen and Living OR can be separated into a "Master Suite" that has bedroom, bath, dressing room/closet with safe, living room and kitchen, completed by a full balcony. The second or LOCKOFF unit has 2 queen beds, bathroom, coffee maker, refrigerator and safe and it's own balcony! We have stayed many times using just the 'suite', renting out the LOCKOFF to COVER THAT YEAR'S MAINTENANCE FEE! This is easy as there are 2 separate entrances and DOUBLE WALL adjoining doors, which are lockable from the interior of each room. We have shared this space over the years with many family members and its a great place to bring kids and feel totally safe. There are activities specifically for kids (and adults too!). I will dearly miss painting the Mexican folk art sculpture, but alas, we are moving to a tropical location and find ourselves ready to let the Royal Sands go.
