The Royal Sands is located next to the Kukulcan Plaza Mall and 1 mile south of La Isla open air mall so there are many restaurants and shops within waling distance. Public busses run every few minutes just outside the hotel if you would like to travel further. This unit has an excellent view of the main pool and ocean facing south east on the fourth floor. The Refine All-Inclusive package is optional (not mandatory) upon check-in. This is an owner loan so all-inclusive is optional. Villa E5715 is in the main building, 7th floor. There is an extra wide hallway with seating to view the sunset across the lagoon.
