It has all the amenities expected from a 5-star resort including concierge services, two pools, several restaurants, a mini-market in the resort, daily maid service and free use of sailboats, snorkel, tennis and golf equipment. You also get a free shuttle service between the Royal resorts in Cancun. The unit boasts a full kitchen, living area, master bedroom and a balcony overlooking the beach. The Royal Sands is walking distance to Kukulkan Mall for both dining and shopping. There is a full-service market in Kukulkan Mall. Nearby restaurants are outstanding including Harry's for Steak and Seafood.
