Located on a white-sand beach, the gated Royal Sands resort is conveniently close to two major shopping malls, Kukulcan Plaza shopping mall is one block away. La Isla shopping mall is a short bus or taxi ride away.

The one bedroom suite has a large terrace off the living area and primary bedroom (king bed), plus two Murphy beds (twin size) are located in the living area sleeping 4 total. Fully furnished kitchen has refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

This unit is guaranteed beachfront facing with a beautiful view of the Caribbean and includes maid service Monday thru Saturday. Resort amenities include a spa, fitness center, beautiful beachfront palapa, multiple pools, kid’s water park, tennis courts, hot tubs, a grocery store, room service and several restaurants on property. Tennis, beach volleyball, sailboats, and snorkel gear are free. A social activities program is offered to guests, and day-trips are available. There is a daily kids activity schedule.
